Taxi Legal offers special packages of legal advice for taxi licence holders. Our current offers include:-

Combined Conveyancing and Estate Agency

If you appoint Taxi Legal to advise you in connection with both estate agency marketing of your property, and the associated legal advice in connection with its sale, then we offer a combined package as follows:-

• A discounted estate agency commission of 0.75%, three quarters of our normal rate; and
• A fixed conveyancing fee for the sale of your property at £450.

These costs are subject to VAT and additional outlays (such as advertising fees in respect of the estate agency).

Free Will

Taxi Legal is pleased to offer taxi licence holders a free will. Just make an appointment with our wills team, and they will do the rest. It is subject only to the condition that you do not require inheritance tax advice, as tax planning can be a complicated matter and we reserve the right to levy an additional charge for this work.
