Taxi Licensing

Local government legislation stops just anyone from driving a taxi. A licence must be obtained from your local council in order to drive a taxi. Obtaining a licence is not always straightforward, and licences need to be renewed – Some councils require this annually, while others allow up to three years before a licence has to be renewed. The team in Taxi Legal has years of expertise in dealing with application problems, including licensing appeals at local authorities throughout the country.
